Product Manager
Own product strategy and execution for an AI-first risk platform, with daily hands-on use of AI tools to ship faster and smarter.
The Role
You are expected to be deeply fluent with AI tools (LLMs, copilots, prototyping/analysis tools) and use them daily for discovery, specs, iteration, and decision-making. We are open to strong product-minded candidates from CA, Risk Management, Consulting, Underwriting, Finance Law, and Compliance backgrounds if they are strong problem-solvers who adapt quickly to AI.
What You'll Build
Product Strategy & Prioritization
Define product vision, quarterly goals, and prioritization across fraud, AML, underwriting, and compliance workflows with clear trade-offs.
Customer & Domain Discovery
Run structured discovery with risk, compliance, and operations teams to convert domain problems into validated product opportunities.
Workflow & UI Design
Design end-to-end workflows and operator-first UI patterns so high-stakes decisions are intuitive, fast, and auditable.
AI Experience & Guardrails
Define copilot and AI-assist interactions, including confidence signals, human approvals, and guardrails for regulated environments.
Execution & Go-To-Market
Own PRDs, release plans, and cross-functional execution with engineering, design, sales, and customer success for successful launches.
Metrics & Iteration
Set product success metrics, instrument adoption signals, and run iteration loops to improve activation, retention, and customer impact.
